Requirements:

Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
Minimum experience required: Necessary experience in serial housing construction in the area of civil works and finishes (Indispensable).
Knowledge in Neodata or ERP, Office. Experience in supervising piecework.

Objectives to be achieved:

Overseeing the execution of serial housing finishes and enclosures with a team of contractors and contractors.
Follow the work programme.

Develop monitoring formats for all processes.
Prepare weekly manpower report.

Requirements:

Qualified architect or civil engineer.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position.
Office, Autocad, Noedata, Opus.
Analytical, Proactive, Good interpersonal skills, Leadership, High level of negotiation, Team player, Empathetic, Oral and written communication skills.

Functions:

To organise, structure and manage cost procedures for the whole cycle of the projects in which the company is involved, in order to achieve the highest profitability.
Cost and unit price analysis.
Estimates and work generators.
Budgetary control.
Quantification of work and materials.
Project monitoring in the field.
Interpretation of architectural and civil drawings and plans.
Site management and supervision.

Accountant or Assistant Accountant:

Location: Monterrey, NL
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 6:30 pm.
Occasional or urgent Saturdays.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience.

SAT DIOT, IMSS, etc. declarations.
Company tax demands, informative declarations etc.

General knowledge:

Requirements:

Student from 7th semester onwards.
Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related audiovisual area.
